Upper alpha and comma ',' in validation

Dear sir,
i need to know that,
how can i allow character one or more upper alpha and commas (',') in a validation

now i developing a form and i want to allow these characters for address line
and one more thinkg, can i use one function for two more text boxes or texteria?

please guide me..
